The Cottage House sleeps up to 10 (8 privately). It is a well appointed home providing you with all linens, paper products, Satellite TV, and wireless internet. We’ve paid attention to details to make your vacation special. Because of its central location you can plan your itinerary each day and return to the comforts of “home”. The Cottage is located in a quiet setting away from the tourist traffic and noisy activities. The home sits along a natural spring fed stream on 2.5 acres. You’ll return to enjoy the large covered porch, relaxing with a beverage of choice, and gather around the outdoor fireplace on cool evenings throughout the year.

Western North Carolina is endowed with some of the greatest motorcycle rides in all of America. It hosts a beautiful diversity of inspiring scenery. People from all walks of life are drawn to the seducing curves of the Dragon at Deal’s Gap, also known as US Hwy 129. They make their pilgrimage to test their skills, or in some cases, to be bitten by the Dragon. Other motorcycle rides include the Blue Ridge Parkway, and southern access to The Great Smoky Mountain National Park.
